Health, Beauty and Function for long term dental success is how he views his patients. He particularly enjoys prosthetic dentistry (Implants, Crowns, Bridges and Dentures) and biologic or “wholistic” dentistry, clear braces like Invisalign, and oral surgery. He finds cosmetic and esthetic dentistry especially rewarding as it often changes the quality of life for his patients. He places zirconia and titanium implants as well as mini implants as an improvement to the comfort of partials or dentures. Dr. Herzog also recommends the safe removal of mercury amalgam fillings according to IAOMT protocol.
Dr. Herzog has been recognized as the Town of Bethlehem’s Citizen of the Year and has been awarded by News Channel 13, St. Peter’s Health Care Services and The Times Union as a Jefferson Award recipient for service to his community. He also has been recognized several times as America’s Best Dentists, America’s Top Dentists, New York Top Dentists and as one of Albany’s Top Dentists as selected by his dental peers and published in the Capital Region Living magazine. Dr Herzog was recently inducted into the prestigious Marquis Who’s Who in America and selected to be included into their Who’s Who Top Professional series. He is a recently published author, Biologic Dentistry and A Better You, which is an outstanding resource for evaluating your own dental wellness as well as you family.
Dr. Herzog is a traditional dentist of over 25 years with a holistic/biologic approach. His other passions include spending time with his family and most outdoor activities (fishing, canoeing, hiking and snowshoeing, National Parks). He is a Licensed Adirondack Guide.
Dr. Tricia Primomo, DDS
Raised in Delmar and is a third generation dentist, following in the footsteps of her grandfather Dr. Gene, her great Uncle Dr. Peter and her uncle Dr. Bill.
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Albany where she was an award winning 4 year Lacrosse player.
- Graduated from the State University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
(the same alma mater as Dr. Herzog and Dr. Bill Primomo) - Minored in Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the Pedodontic club.
- Completed a General Dental Residency at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.
- Member of the American Dental Association, The Dental Society of New York, and The Third District Dental Society
She strongly believes in the practices commitment to excellent patient care and their dedication to improve oral health in a compassionate and friendly Atmosphere.
She continues to remain active in lacrosse by volunteering her time as a coach. Additionally she enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in yoga and running.
Dr. Tae Kim, DDS
Tae is excited to be working with Dr. Herzog and Dr. Primomo, and shares in their passion for a patient first approach to dentistry. He enjoys getting to know his patients and creating care plans that work for their needs and lifestyles. While not at work, Tae enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son while taking advantage of any opportunity to golf and trying out new recipes.

Our registered dental hygienists Cathy, Lisa, Lauren and Bridget will not only make sure you receive a gentle, thorough, and professional cleaning but will take all the time necessary to instruct you on maintaining healthy gums and clean white teeth. Because two hygienists are scheduled each day, two family members can be seen at the same time, avoiding excessive waiting.
